Fees include refreshments and course materials. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, check, cash, or money order accepted. Certificates will be mailed for all registrations made within five (5) days of seminar. To complete registration online, click on the chosen location and follow the registration steps. To complete registration by phone, please call (800) 610-9080. To complete registration by fax or mail, please email a request for a registration form to educationalservices@therapymgmt.com.
Confirmations and Cancellations
A confirmation of registration will be sent via mail or to your email address. Please call (352) 382-1141 ext. 123 or (800) 610-9080 to verify your registration if you have not received confirmation prior to seminar. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received within ten (10) working days prior to the seminar. Cancellations made within this time are refundable less a $50 administration fee per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this time period or for no shows. Substitutions can be made at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any course and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant other than a course tuition refund for proper course cancellations. No refunds will be issued if the course is in progress, interrupted and/or canceled by an Act of War or issues beyond our control.
