Leadership Team

Our Leadership Starts With Our Culture and Faith.

The foundation of TMC’s success is servant leaders. Our executive team has extensive industry experience. Their steadfast dedication to service excellence has made TMC one of the nation’s leading contract therapy providers. But ultimately, our executive team is guided by something that is far more important.  They understand the significance of our “why” and are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.

TMC is privately owned by Mark and Dreama Waldrop. Together, they have extensive industry knowledge and an unwavering desire to serve  others.  Our leadership team is rounded out by dedicated individuals with exceptional skills in a variety of specialties.
