| The Targeted Probe and Educate (TPE) program was designed by CMS to help providers and suppliers reduce claim denials and appeals through one-on-one help. CMS suspended these reviews in March of 2020 due to COVID-19, and on August 12, 2021, has released a statement that they would be resuming these reviews. |
