Together Making Changes

We Pay it Forward by the Giving of Our Time, Talent and Treasures.

To us, one of the most rewarding aspects of running a successful business is the opportunity it provides to give back. We created Together Making Changes precisely for this purpose.

As a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization, Together Making Changes provides assistance to various initiatives supported by TMC team members, residents, and patients. Our efforts focus on promoting positive health, education, spiritual, and financial outcomes for the people, organizations, and communities we serve.

Our Mission

Together Making Changes serves as the catalyst for passionate people to enrich the lives of those we touch in the communities we serve.

What is the 2021 Initiative?

The TMC family selected Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.) as our 2021 Together Making Changes charitable organization of the year! O.U.R. has made a significant impact in the fight to end sex trafficking and sexual exploitation by rescuing and supporting thousands of survivors in
28 countries and 26 U.S. states.

O.U.R. was founded in December 2013 by Tim Ballard (former Department of Homeland Security Agent) and named Operation Underground Railroad after the network of secret routes and safe houses established in the United States during the early-mid-19th century. The railroads were used by African American slaves to escape into free states and Canada with the aid of abolitionists and allies. Their mission is to shine a light worldwide on the global epidemic of child sex trafficking, and in so doing rescue more children from slavery and assist law enforcement to seek justice for those who violate children. They place survivors on a path to recovery by partnering with vetted aftercare providers.

O.U.R. is privately owned and operated, giving them the ability to identify, plan, and complete extractions more quickly. They have formed long-term relationships with domestic and foreign governments, providing software and training to serve as a working model for addressing and ending sex slavery and tourism.

Our Goal

This year’s annual contributions goal is $220,000. Our employees, family members, neighbors, and community partners have all generously chipped in to support us in achieving this goal. We consider these partners to be ALL IN! Together Making Changes wouldn’t be able to support our chosen initiatives without their generous contributions.

Kids, families, seniors, and our local communities and organizations need our help. Please join us in supporting the greater good. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who need us.

I have had the pleasure of working with TMC for the past 4 years, and was so pleased with their services in Alabama, that we decided to partner with them in a second state with great success. TMC employs seasoned, local managers who meet regularly with our facility teams and provide excellent support to the therapists assigned to my facilities. Their software is cutting edge and has helped us succeed in today’s post-acute arena. Their census program has also greatly assisted us with admissions in one of our rural programs. I made the right decision when I decided to partner with TMC, and would say they are one of the most stable and proactive contract therapy companies I have ever worked with.
